Event or Forum Registrations: Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email

to organizer@council.asia at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled start date of

the respective council session or summit.

Administrative & Processing Fees: Any application processing fees submitted for

council evaluations, memberships, or administrative panels are strictly non-cancellable

once the operational verification process has started.

2. Refund Framework

Approved Refunds: If a cancellation request satisfies our timelines or if a session is

cancelled by ASIA COUNCIL, a refund will be approved. The amount will be reversed

back to the source account or card strictly via the organizing team and not Razor pay.

Processing Window: Once approved, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to

reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending entirely on the routing

cycles of the issuing bank and Razorpay settlement channels.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds will be provided for dynamic online

programmatic access, partial event attendance, or retroactive claims filed after an event

has concluded.
